ABOUT US

Vicki is an experienced HR practitioner with wide-ranging ‘hands-on’ knowledge and experience across many aspects of human resources. 
 
Prior to moving to Wanaka, Vicki was the HR lead for a Wellington-based professional services organisation to the health sector.  She has also worked as a consultant in the private sector and as a HR business partner / business advisor in many public sector organisations where she has added value by ensuring HR practices contributed to the delivery of business results...and importantly mitigated risk.
 
Vicki has extensive experience across the full spectrum of human resources from HR/workforce planning, recruitment and selection, managing performance, health and safety, legal matters such as employment agreements, salaries/ wages, leave, disciplinary processes, and change management.
